PROMOTION OVERVIEW

• Eligible markets for this bonus include pre-match sports, Dog Racing, and Greyhounds. Any void, cashed-out, or partially settled bets will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
• Bets placed that cover more than 50% of outcomes on a two-way market or more than 33.33% of outcomes on a three-way market will be considered bonus abuse, resulting in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• To claim the Sports Bonus, clients must contact Customer Support via live chat or email at support@tictacbets.co.za before placing any wagers or activating the Slots Bonus. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Sports Bonus.

SLOTS BONUS TERMS

• The Slots Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount, which must be fulfilled exclusively on eligible slot games. The bonus is automatically credited to the client's account immediately following the qualifying deposit.
• Only bets placed on video slots, classic slots, and jackpot slots will count toward the 40x wagering requirement. Bets placed on Crash games, Table games (including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat), Video Poker, Live Casino games, or any non-slot games will not contribute and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• Clients have 14 days from the date the Slots Bonus is credited to complete the full wagering requirement. Failure to meet the requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Once the Slots Bonus has been activated by placing a qualifying wager, the Sports Bonus for that deposit is no longer available and cannot be claimed.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

• For the Slots Bonus, no action is required from the client as the bonus is automatically credited upon completion of the qualifying deposit. Clients may begin playing eligible slot games immediately.
• For the Sports Bonus, clients must proactively contact Customer Support via live chat or by sending an email to support@tictacbets.co.za, clearly stating their intention to claim the Sports Bonus for their second or third deposit.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the Sports Bonus is claimed before placing any wagers or activating the Slots Bonus. Once the Slots Bonus has been used, the Sports Bonus is forfeited and cannot be retroactively claimed.
